Are your designs customizable?
Yes. Most items can be adjusted for size, finish, and material. Custom commissions are available depending on workload and scope.
Do you offer design consultations?
Yes — if you have a specific space, style, or idea, we can sketch concepts and walk through options before fabrication.
How long does a custom piece take?
Standard builds run 4–6 weeks. Complex or large pieces may require 6–10 weeks. Lead time is confirmed at the time of order.
How do I place an order?
Standard products can be purchased directly on the website.
For custom work, submit the inquiry form with your details and measurements — we’ll follow up with pricing and next steps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Venmo, and cash/check for local orders. A deposit is required to begin custom projects.
Is sales tax included?
NJ sales tax applies to all taxable items shipped or delivered within New Jersey.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Smaller items ship via standard carriers. Larger items and furniture ship via freight. Shipping rates vary by size, weight, and location.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes — pickup from our Stockton, NJ workshop is available by appointment.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
For select regional deliveries, yes. Availability and cost are discussed during checkout or consultation.
What finishes do you offer?
Powder coat, patina, raw steel with clear coat, and natural or stained wood options. Each product page lists finish availability.
How do I care for my furniture?
For metal: soft, dry cloth.
For wood: mild cleaner only — no harsh chemicals. Care instructions are included with every order.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is made to order, returns are limited. If there’s a craftsmanship or shipping issue, contact us within 48 hours.
Is there a warranty?
A workmanship warranty covers structural issues under normal use.
Do you offer wholesale or commercial projects?
Yes — we collaborate with designers, builders, and commercial clients on custom pieces and larger production runs.
